Erin Park

Erin is a high school student that’s passionate about fashion and film. She spends a lot of time curating and exploring fashion imagery, as well as watching a wide range of movies and shows. Writing is also a meaningful and creative outlet for her. She aspires to work for a fashion magazine in the near future and hopes to one day live in New York City.

Erin currently attends Pilgrim School in Los Angeles, California. There, she runs a movie critiquing club called Rotten Tomatoes where she encourages thoughtful analysis of films from all genres. Most importantly, the primary goal is to have fun. In addition to her love for film, she plans to start her own fashion magazine at school.

Her interest in coding sparked from her web design class at school. Since then, she has applied the skills she learned to projects in other classes and even contributed to the website of a nonprofit organization, using her creative and technical skills to make a meaningful impact.

Exercise 2: Performing Mask - Students create a sound-reactive, interactive mask.

Spongebobb is a sound reactive digital “mask” that expands based on audio input. It takes the form of SpongeBob SquarePants, the beloved Nickelodeon character. As users speak or make noise, Spongebobb’s features will dynamically change in size in real time.

EDIT

Final Project

EDIT is a fashion blog-style website that somewhat resembles the y2k aesthetic. It allows users to explore a range of articles written by Erin and curated content across multiple pages. The site showcases other works by Erin as well, including creative projects. More than just a blog, EDIT serves as a digital space where fashion, storytelling, news, and design come together to create a cohesive and engaging experience.
