Harshita Sinha

Harshita Sinha is a 15-year-old student entering 10th grade at Foothill High School in Pleasanton, California. She’s passionate about science and technology, especially the ways AI and research can be used to solve real-world problems in healthcare and biology. With a strong background in coding, she enjoys using tech as a creative tool to explore new ideas and build meaningful solutions.

Outside the classroom, Harshita plays violin, competes on the JV tennis team, and stays involved in clubs like DECA and Science Olympiad. She’s endlessly curious- especially when it comes to the intersection of science and creativity, and is excited to dive into this class to bring new ideas to life.

Final Project: From The Mind
In collaboration with Sareena Sivakumaran

For our project, we approached people on campus and asked them one question, “What is the happiest place you have ever been in?” We then took their answers and generated AI images with them. Our purpose was to display the various aspects of happiness, and differentiate between ai and human emotions. We added in the voices in the beginning to display the diversity between the humans.
