AI & Art Student
Chris Huang
Chris is a high school student who excels in math and science but holds a deep and enduring passion for art. With a strong sense of aesthetics, he draws inspiration from everyday moments such as sunlight shining through morning dew or the gentle flow of a forest stream. He enjoys spending time in cozy cafés, listening to jazz, and appreciating the warm light of the afternoon. One of his dream careers is to become a garden villa designer, reflecting his love for freedom, nature, and thoughtfully designed environments. For Chris, art is more than expression; it is a way to create emotional experiences and shape meaningful spaces.
Alongside his artistic vision, Chris is fascinated by the creative potential of artificial intelligence. He is especially interested in how AI can redefine artistic boundaries, transform design and architecture, and challenge traditional views of beauty. This UCLA summer program provides a valuable opportunity for him to explore the intersection of AI and art. Chris looks forward to learning new tools, exchanging ideas with peers, and expanding his understanding of how technology can inspire the future of creativity.
Final Project: Let me be your eyes.
A short video about a little white dove flying around the world, seeing beautiful sceneries, to fulfil the will of a deceased man.
I made this project to gently remind the audiences to live the moment, cherish life, embrace the weight of loss, and live with a more attentive and passionate heart.
